We are committed to providing the best service to our clients. We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service where our professionals can focus on your needs.

FIRST VISIT:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

PACKAGES:

Packages are valid for 1 year from the first visit. No Refunds, no Exchanges and not able to Split. Please Note less than 24 hours cancellations, no shows or same day cancellations, your treatment will be forfeited.

GIFT CARDS or E-GIFT CARDS:

Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Once purchased, cannot be returned nor refunded. (lose its value if not used)

BIRTHDAY MONTH:

$20 off on your Full Body Laser Session. To receive the birthday discount, we require presentation of photos ID. The promotion is valid only for the month following your birthday.

REFERRAL PROGRAM:

$20 off on your Full Body Laser Session, on there 2nd visit if you refer a family or friends.

APPOINTMENT:

Making an appointment please use our online booking services, contact us directly by calling 437-980-7401 or emailing us at gobarebeautyclinic@gmail.com to schedule your appointment.

We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. All booked appointments will be confirmed by the technician via a telephone call reminder prior to your appointment.

“No-shows” "Same day" or less than 24 hour cancellations leave our technicians with empty appointment times which have been filled with attending clients.

Clients who do not show up to their appointments will be charged $50 cancellation fee. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask for 24 hours notice.  As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all patients to give 24 hours notice of reschedule or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 non refundable fee.

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, because your services are guaranteed and reserved for you.

PRICES & PROMOTIONS:

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and any promotions updated accordingly. Please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discount may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

LATE ARRIVAL:

If arrival is delayed less than 10 minutes, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients. Otherwise, we can reschedule for another time.

If arrival is delayed more than 15 minutes, you risk your appointment being cancelled.

TEENS:

Clients between 15 to 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first visit. Patients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

PAYMENTS:

We accept All Major Credit Cards, Cash, Intact, Email Money Transfer & online payment; (we do not accept cheques).  * We do not bill insurance *
