MICROBLADING

Microblading vs. Eyebrow Tattooing:

3 Key Differences and Why They Matter

Eyebrow microblading is a form of permanent makeup where ink is placed underneath the skin. It’s similar to eyebrow tattooing (in fact, it is a form of eyebrow tattooing), but it’s pretty different from standard eyebrow tattooing in some very important ways. Let’s clear it up here:

1. MICROBLADING EYEBROWS LASTS 1 TO 2 YEARS. EYEBROW TATTOOS LAST FOREVER.

Regular eyebrow tattoos last a lifetime, but with microblading, ink is not placed as deep underneath the skin. This means that as your skin naturally cycles through, the ink eventually rises to the surface or moves around underneath the skin as to appear lighter. Over time, the ink will fade significantly compared to an eyebrow tattoo. Depending on your skin, it may eventually disappear. Microblading requires regular touchups.

2. WITH MICROBLADING, BLACKS DON’T TURN BLUE OR BROWN.

Microblading uses a completely different kind of ink than traditional tattooing. With microblading, blacks do not turn blue or brown. Even as the color fades, it stays true to the original hue.

3. MICROBLADED BROWS ARE HAND-DRAWN; WE DON’T USE A MACHINE.

This makes a big difference! Because it’s hand-drawn there is less impact on the skin than with traditional tattooing, which uses a machine. What this means for you is that the ink will not bleed over time. With a great microblading artist, you can be sure that the fine lines that are meant to simulate your natural hair will not bleed out, like the fine lines of a traditional tattoo.

WHY MICROBLADING ?

Having thin, uneven, or patchy eyebrows, can be challenging. Spending countless hours in front of the mirror, feeling insecure, trying to fix them will make your head spin. Going out at night and worrying if they got smudged or out of place can make you feel hesitant and unsure.

That's why getting microblading at GO BARE BEAUTY CLINIC  can be a life-changing moment - it can put an end to this vicious cycle and liberate you from the chains of imperfect brows!

WHY GO BARE BEAUTY CLINIC MICROBLADING ?

When it comes to performing a microblading procedure, the difference in skills, experience, and artistry between individuals could be very wide and so are the results and the cost of the procedure. The truth is not all microbladers are created equally so even though there are thousands of people performing Microblading across the United States, the way it is done by the GO BARE BEAUTY CLINIC Master Artists that perform it is unlike any other in the industry.

Our Master Artists perform microblading treatments with our own unique, world-recognized style of brow shaping and natural strokes. This specific technique developed by our Microblading Artists , has been fifteen years in the making and is continuously perfected by his as new products (pigments, needles, etc) and technologies are becoming available. The time and money we spent to cultivate and develop our Master Artists at GO BARE BEAUTY CLINIC is the reason we stand alone when it comes to Microblading and customer satisfaction

How long does it take to heal? What is the recovery time?
Brows will take about 4- 6 weeks until they reach their final look. But it only takes 2 weeks for scabbing process to complete. After 2 weeks you can return to normal routine and activities.

How often do I need a touchup?
We recommend yearly touch ups to keep the color fresh. It varies from client to client, but it can be 9 months to 2 years, depending on the client’s skin type and life style.

YOU ARE READY FOR YOUR NEW AND BEAUTIFUL BROWS

THE HEALING PROCESS

Taking care of your new brows after treatment is extremely important to how your eyebrows will look after they are fully healed and the longevity of your eyebrows.

Our GO BARE BEAUTY CLINIC Master Artists created a masterpiece fused with your own natural beauty, as they were trained to do, but taking care of it afterwards is your responsibility so we highly recommend to follow these aftercare instructions methodically:

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

Day 1

Keep clean and dry, do not touch your eyebrows! They may feel tender and appear a little red.

Day 1-3

Brows will start developing a thin layer of scab, continue keeping your brows dry and clean.

Day 4

Apply a rice grain amount of aftercare ointment on each eyebrow with a cotton swab and clean hands, spread a VERY THIN layer of the ointment across the treated area every morning and night.

Brows should not appear greasy, glossy or shiny, if so you used too much, as this can suffocate the skin and delay healing. Never apply ointment on wet or damp tattoo. Continue ointment until your brows are no longer scabbing.

Day 14+

Brows are safe from water. Client may return to normal skincare routines.

Brows will appear very light, after scabs comes off, every week up to 6 weeks color will continue to surface and brows will get darker again

Day 28-42

Your brows are healed and you're feeling unstoppable!!!

MAINTAINING YOUR BROWS

A new set of Microbladed eyebrows takes two appointments to complete and for that reason your 6-8 weeks touchup appointment is complementary. After the complementary appointment we recommend a yearly touchup to maintain the crispness and freshness of your brows. However, we do offer different touchup schedules because everyone experience the fading process differently and may need to get a touchup sooner than one year.

* All touchup prices are determined by calculating the time since your last paid appointment (which included any paid touchup appointment)
